Being a parent at times can be a challenging task. And at times it can be tiring, stressful and frustrating. And if you are anything like us and our friend parents, the thought must have crossed your mind “Surely, just surely there must be an easier way to...".
We thought exactly that, and that was when NUPEAA was born. (excuse the baby pun!) We wanted to build a brand and business dedicated to making life easier for parents who want a more convenient way... But more specifically, making life easier when you leave home, because lets face it, packing every item and the kitchen sink when your going away for a weekend is not practical. But now there is a new way, the NUPEAA way.

We respect your privacy and are dedicated to protecting your personal data. Our privacy notice will let you know how we handle the personal data we collect as well as your rights as a purchaser.

When you sign up for and use the website, consult with our customer service team, send us an email, post on our blog, or communicate with us in any way, you are voluntarily giving us information that we will then collect and/or store. We use this data to process any orders that you make. This is to enable us to perform our contract with you. If you do not provide the personal data requested, we will be unable to supply the products you have ordered. We collect personal data when you register to receive our marketing emails either directly from us, or through a third party where you have given that third party permission to do so.

If you consent to shopping cart reminder emails we will use this data to remind you, up to six times, about items left in your shopping cart.

Important shipping information for international orders

If you (the customer) place an order that is deemed as international shipping outside of the UK please note that you will be responsible for paying duties and taxes that may be incurred when your order arrives at the designated country. Please note that once the item has been shipped by we will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Please also note that should your order be stuck in transit as a result of taxes and fees incurred these will be at the customers expense and at the point of shipment we no longer have any responsibility for the orders arrival. You will be provided with the tracking number for the designated courier and any matter relating to your delivery will need to be made through and too them. Nupeaa hold no responsibility for lost orders in transit once the order has been shipped.
